In 2018, while directing the Foundation’s Bottom Education Project, I developed the innovative 4Cs Lesson Plan Framework to extend practical curricular and pedagogical support to government and low-fee schools. Since 2019, this framework has been implemented at the Institute of Advanced Studies in Education (MA Road, Srinagar), and has also been adopted and recommended by DIET Bandipora and DIET Srinagar for classroom teaching. Through my work, I strive to bridge theory and practice, strengthening inclusive, skill-based, and future-ready education across institutions.

I am particularly familiar with the problems that the schools for the underprivileged encounter. I bring my know-how to this non-profit by identifying locations and areas of intervention in schools. Through the Inclusive Education Project (IEP), in collaboration with LP High School, Srinagar, we are ensuring that children with special needs are not sidelined but supported through structured intervention and meaningful inclusion—so that every child, regardless of ability or background, finds dignity, opportunity, and belonging in mainstream education.
